2.To build the capacity of County Education Department and provide logistical support to facilitate their work
3.To create awareness on the importance of education to increase enrollment and retention rates in primary schools
4.To build the capacity of Koto’bi Institute of Teacher Education (KITE) to facilitate quality service provision at the institute
