Provision of Quality Teacher Training for all States
•Train 100 Year 2 students in accordance with the Government of the Republic of South Sudan PSTT curriculum.
•Carry out continuous monitoring and assessment to ensure that teacher trainees are coping with the requirements of the course.
•Provide regular reports to the 10 SMoE.
•Work with SMoE to help students secure employment as teachers following their qualification, and are included in the payroll, ideally in their home state and county, particularly those students from underserved counties.

Improved Capacity of the College to Manage Students from Diverse Backgrounds
•Incorporation of conflict sensitivity, peace and reconciliation into the training concept of YTTC and integration into extra-curricular activities.
•Incorporation of Special Educational Needs (SEN) into the curriculum.

Improved Access to Information for the Morobo County Education Office
•Provide support in maintenance of computers and printers for Morobo County Education Office (CEO).

Increased Capacities of Government Staff within Morobo County Education Office
•Together with payam supervisors and county inspectors, conduct follow-up visits and school practice supervision of pre-service teacher trainees.

Increased learning and accommodation spaces for female teacher trainees
•Construction of a two-storey girls’ dormitory.
•Procurement of a 500-seater tent.
