Basic Services Fund - Interim Arrangement (BSF-IA)

BSF-IA CONTRACT INVITATIONS AS DECIDED BY THE 26TH BSF STEERING COMMITTEE, 1ST JUNE 2010

Please find attached below the list of organisations invited for contract negotiations under BSF-IA Round 4a (page 1 of the attachment).

These organisations have received individual emailed invitations to attend contract negotiations over the next 2 weeks at the BSF Secretariat Office, Hai Kololo, Juba.

Please also find attached below the list of organisations pending invitations for contract negotiations under BSF-IA Round 4b (page 2 of the attachment), as and when funds become available to BSF-IA from further donors.

These organisations have received individual emails to this effect, and will be invited for negotiations at the BSF Secretariat Office, Hai Kololo, Juba, soon as additional funding for BSF-IA is confirmed to the BSF Secretariat.

Contract negotiations will continue until 15th June, after which organisations will be invited for contract signing between 15th and 30th June.

All BSF-IA contracts will begin on 1st July 2010, and will run until 31st December 2011.
