Welcome to the Basic Services Fund of the Government of Southern Sudan (BSF) website. BSF was established in 2005 with the goal to support the Government of Southern Sudan (GoSS) in expanding primary education, primary health, and water and sanitation services to communities recovering from conflict.

BSF receives support from International Donors and directly finances local and international NGOs to deliver basic services through primary education, primary health, water and sanitation projects in Round I (2006-2008), Round II (2007-2008), and Round III (2009-2010).

The BSF website is a resource for partners (GoSS, grant recipients, donors) and stakeholders (community), to view and share information on progress and lessons learned. Progress Reports of all grant recipients, Maps, BSF Documents and Project Documents, GOSS Policies, Interesting Reports and Forms & Guidelines are also available on the website.
